Handling and Delivery Time:
Marbliss takes an average of 1-2 days handling time and 2-4 days for shipping. During this process, our customer’s product(s) order passes through every possible quality test to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $200.
Standard Shipping for orders under $200 will be charged at $9.99 for small packages and $14.99 for big packages, calculated at the checkout.
Express Shipping option is also available for a flat $25 fee.
Tracking:
Once the item(s) is handed to the courier service, we will update the tracking information on order within 24-48 hours and the same will be informed to the customer on their respective emails.
Courier Service:
We use some of the premium courier services to deliver orders on time. We can ship the order(s) from any of the multiple warehouses depending on the customer’s address and availability of the product.
Defective / Damaged Product:
In case, you received any defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support (info@marbliss.com) for replacement within 4 days after receiving the product.
